Miami-Dade County Public Schools is providing you with the opportunity to declare your intent for your child’s educational experience for the Phase 2, opening of schools 2020-2021.

- You are asked to sign into the parent portal or the Dadeschools Mobile App and select the model in which you intend for your child to participate.
- If you cannot answer on the app, paper selection forms will be available for pick up and drop off at Gulfstream Elementary M-F between the hours of 9 am -1 pm or can be sent via email to pr2321@dadeschools.net.
